Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Gazebo is not open yet. This site exists so people can join the waitlist. This page explains what we collect when you do, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your email address, when you join the waitlist. Nothing else: no name, no phone number, no account.

Like every website, our hosting provider sees your IP address when you load a page. We also use it, for up to one day, to stop the same visitor from submitting the form over and over. We never store it next to your email address.

Why we collect it

To send you one confirmation email right after you sign up, and one email when Gazebo opens. We do not sell, rent or share your email address, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Resend stores the waitlist and sends our emails. Vercel hosts this site. Upstash holds the short-lived sign-up counters. These companies process data on our behalf, and their servers may be outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served from our own domain.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the waitlist after launch, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email address at any time. Write to hello@gazebo.biz, or reply to any email we have sent you, and we will act on it within 30 days. That address is also where to send any complaint about how we handle your data. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we will tell you by email first.
